For the purposes of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform that the personal data that you may provide us during the entry and navigation through our website will be incorporated into data processing systems whose responsible is MR PINK RABBIT S.L., (hereinafter “Mr Pink Rabbit”) with the sole purpose of managing your subscription and use of our platform, as well as for the purpose of being able to meet your requests and to send technical, operational and commercial information, by any means, including electronic mail and/or equivalent means, about services, offers and news that are of your interest. In the case of commercial communications sent via email or equivalent means, we will count with your previous express consent. In this way, Lust Productions informs that it will proceed to process the data in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, accurate and updated manner.
Mr Pink Rabbit S.L. may collect information from you because we have a legal reason (allowed by law or under contract) to collect the information, or because you have provided your consent for us to do so for a specific purpose. Mr Pink Rabbit S.L. collects your name, email address, and other important information provided by you in order to provide any services requested. In addition, we collect credit card, and bank information from purchases made through MR PINK RABBIT business.

We use industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information. We have implemented mechanisms to: (i) ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services; (b) restore the availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident; (c) regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of technical and organisational measures for ensuring the security of the data.
We inform you that the personal data will be kept for the period of validity of the service, as long as the deletion is not requested by the interested party, and we will not exceed deadlines of legal prescription or applicable archiving obligations. Once these deadlines have expired, the data will be destroyed.

You (the Customer) must read and agree to these terms and conditions prior to joining. Please read them carefully. By purchasing a Membership on our Site, You become a Subscriber to the Site and you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This agreement is subject to change by Mr Pink Rabbit S.L. at any time, without prior notice and changes are effective without notice upon each Subscriber, as long as there is no substantial change. With being a member, You agree to be able to purchase items by clicking on the purchase buttons. Therefore, You are responsible for keeping control on your username and password. Mr Pink Rabbit S.L. shall not be held responsible for any loss or unlawful use of such username and/or password by any third party other than You, or by any purchase made by any third party without your consent. By purchasing a Membership to the site, You agree and consent for Mr Pink Rabbit S.L. to keep and store your data, such data to be used in relation to the exploitation of the Site and to promote products and services directly related to those purchased by You and/or to inform You of any new products or services in the adult business.

You are allowed to watch any of the movies in the catalogue as many times as you want in a streaming format. Regarding movie downloads, it’s limited to 10 downloads per calendar month. The number of available downloads does not accumulate each month.

Billing/Cancellations

If the recurring option was selected the Customers’ memberships will be automatically renewed for the relevant rebilling period corresponding to each individual membership upon expiration of such period, unless the Service Provider is notified via Customer Service 1 day prior to membership expiration.

In case of one time purchase the access to the Site and its options will be limited strictly to the number of days chosen prior to payment.

In the event of a trial membership offered by Mr Pink Rabbit S.L. which renews to a full membership, the Customer must cancel the membership within that trial period in order to avoid the membership converting into a full membership and the Customer being charged the relevant rebilling membership fee. The pre-authorization is not a charge to the credit card, however, the then applicable monthly membership charge may be reserved on the member’s available credit card limit and will only be charged to the Customers’ credit card account if the Customer does not cancel the trial.

The Service Provider will not be held responsible for bank charges, fees or penalties due to overdrawn or delinquent Customers’ accounts. Any refund made by the Service Provider in relation to any credit card payment associated with membership fees will be credited back to the same credit card account as was used for the relevant membership(s).

Refunds

The company provides refunds in cases for any overcharging of a membership subscription and for any technological issue due to the company’s failure. Technical failures resulting from the consumer’s end will be refunded in the sole discretion of the company. The company provides refunds as well to customers who within a seven-working-day period inform the company of their will to retract, provided that in such a period they have not used the service purchased. In that particular case the expenses directly related to the refund will be charged to the customer.

The company will not provide refund in case of lose or unlawful use of the username and/or password of the Customer.

In the event that a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by crediting the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. NO refunds will be made by cash or check.

Fees

The subscriber is responsible for paying subscription fees according to the then-current terms of the Site.

Cancellation

Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Mr Pink Rabbit S.L., the Site or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic mail. Licence

Memberships to the Site are provided for personal, non-commercial use by customers of the Site. As customers, visitors to the Site are hereby granted a single copy license to download (on a single computer only) or print copies of any of the information found on the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of the site, or any material located on it, is strictly prohibited. In addition, you may not modify any of the materials found on the Site; use them for any public display, performance, sale or rental; remove, modify or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice, or trademarks therefrom; or transfer any material located on the Site to any other person.

Mr Pink Rabbit S.L. and the Site reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach the terms of this agreement, in which case you will be obligated to immediately destroy any information downloaded, printed or otherwise copied from the Site.

Access to and use of the Site is through a combination of a username and a password (login). Each Subscriber must keep his or her login strictly confidential. For security reasons, Mr Pink Rabbit S.L. will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the Subscriber, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.
